Welcome to DimePlace, a networking community of some of the most beautiful people from around the world. By your compliance and agreement to the following terms of service, we can ensure the integrity of DimePlace and the services that we offer to you, our members. Please remember that portfolios are posted by our members and not by DimePlace. Members are responsible for all aspects of the conduct in which they choose to participate in when using DimePlace. DimePlace reserves the right to remove any account that does not comply with either DimePlace's terms and conditions or with any applicable laws, as determined in the sole discretion of the DimePlace admin. Please review the terms set forth in this agreement to ensure you are in compliance.

What services do we provide?

DimePlace is an online community of beautiful people from all over the world. People are able to join the site, develop online photo portfolios that our members and guests rate on a scale of 1 thru 10. Our members are also able to network with other members via our internal messaging system and forums.

General Restrictions of Service Include:

  • Spamming DimePlace's system is prohibited and, at the sole discretion of DimePlace, imposing an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on DimePlace's system is prohibited.
  • You may not put any material on DimePlace that contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
  • You may not solicit our members to become a member of any conflicting interest site as determined by the sole discretion of the DimePlace admin.

Under 18 age restriction

An underage member is considered all persons that are under the age of 18 years of age. Our policy is simple "No persons under the age of 18 are eligible to join on DimePlace.com" (NO EXCEPTIONS) Of course it is futile that we could ensure the integrity of our registrants, however we do ask each registrant there actual birthdate when joining. All members are assumed to have entered in their correct birthdate.

SPAM

DimePlace encourages you to post quality content on DimePlace as long as they are not forms of spam, or otherwise inconsistent with the DimePlace terms and conditions. DimePlace will take action to delete member accounts that we believe are misusing this service.

Spam or otherwise impermissible marketing activities in DimePlace may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Suggesting that our members join another community that is similar in nature to that of the DimePlace community.
  • Soliciting our members to become a part of any money making scheme or unappropriate service.

Your account and password

As a member you are solely responsible for all activities within your account. Your password is important and should be treated with care. It would be a good idea not to disclose your password to anyone. You indemnify and hold harmless DimePlace and its staff from all claims and liabilities made by a third party resulting from all actions incurred within your account.

Content placed by our members

Keep in mind that all material placed on this site to include text, and all imagery should be free from any offending language or material. We have a strict policy on the types of photos that we allow on our site. Each photo uploaded to our server is approved by the DimePlace admin before going live on the site. Web Linking

Web linking is used to send Members and/or visitors to an external website. Web linking is permitted as long as the linked site the member is sent to does not contain pornography, explicit adult content, hate content or anything else deemed objectionable as determined in the sole discretion of the DimePlace admin. Linking or directing members to any external website for purposes of soliciting information, presenting pornography, conducting scams or engaging in any other fraud is strictly prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy. Any violation of our terms of service will result in the account being deleted, the member will immediately and indefinitely be banned from DimePlace.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold DimePlace and its officers, directors and employees harmless from and against any and all claims made by or liabilities to any third party resulting from any activities conducted under your membership or your use or misuse of our services. This includes, but not limited to, listing content on DimePlace, entering into transactions with other members, contacting others pertaining to their portfolio(s), infringing a third party's intellectual property or other rights.

All content included on this web site, including text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, and images, is the property of DimePlace, its licensors or its content suppliers, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on this web site is the exclusive property of DimePlace and the respective open liscense copyright owners and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of DimePlace or its open source suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content and software on this site may be used as a networking resource. You may not copy, publish, distribute, and create derivative works of, or commercially exploit the content of this web site, or use this web site for any other purpose.

TRADEMARKS

DimePlace, the DimePlace logo and all trademarks, service-marks, and trade names appearing on the site are the property of DimePlace or their respective owners that have granted DimePlace the right to use such marks.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE

DimePlace in its sole discretion may terminate any account immediately and without notice if (a) DimePlace believes that you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or the letter of the DimePlace terms and conditions of service, or (b) DimePlace believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights of others, or (c) DimePlace believes you have conducted fraudulent activities on DimePlace. From time to time, DimePlace may amend its terms of use to account for additional functionalities with or without notices. Your continued use of DimePlace's services will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions of the agreement. It is recommended that you review our terms and conditions periodically. DimePlace reserves the right to change or discontinue some or all of our services at any time with or without notice.
