Here are answers to the questions we receive most frequently. Please read them carefully before sending us an email.

What do I do if I forget my password? Click here to go through the password reset process. A link will be sent to your registered email to go through this short process.top What is a dime? "dime" is a term used to describe a person who is considered to be very attractive, based on criteria that is different to every individual.top How is the Dime of the Month™ calculated? Each member that wishes to have their portfolio rated will be eligible for the prestigous Dime of the Month™ title for the previous month in which they have the highest rate count as well as average rating (minimum of 50 total rates). At the end of each month our system chooses a male and female Dime of the Month™ at 12a.m. EST. Our system does this be finding the male and female with not only the highest average rating but also the highest total rate count. Example: At the end of July there are several female members with an average rating of 9.6 our system will award the title for the month of August to the one that has the MOST portfolio votes (minimum of 50).top How is the Dime of the Day™ calculated? Each member that wishes to have their portfolio rated will be eligible for the prestigous Dime of the Day™ title. The Dime of the Day™ will be awarded to the male and female member that has recieved the most votes per gender for any given day. The winners being displayed right now have recieved the most votes for the day prior. If there is a tie whichever member has the most rates wins.top Why am I not showing up in the search results? If you are a member and you are not showing up in the search results, it is simply because you do not have a primary photo selected.top Adding photos to my portfolio You may add up to 8 photos to your portfolio. You do this by logging in and going to your photos, clicking upload photo will allow you to upload your photos one at a time. Please observe the photo restrictions shown on this page to ensure that your photos are approved.top Blocking members from messaging me Blocking certain or all members from sending you a message can be done by going to your privacy settings. Block all members from messaging you by unchecking the check box at the top. To block certain members enter their full name in the input field and click the block link under the user in which you wish to block.
Note: Blocking members from messaging you does not stop them from rating your portfolio.top Voting history explained You aren't able to clear your voting history or count. If you are not satisfied with your average rating perhaps you may need to set a different photo as your primary, or maybe that your photo doesn't properly show your face well enough. At the end of each month your rate count and rate total will be cleared. You will still be able to see how many times your portfolio was rated by viewing the lifetime rate count under your My Account area (this number is unseen by other members).top Will my email ever be shown to members? Your email will never be shown to our members. Even when a member sends a message and you have your account setup to notify you via email, all messages are facilitated via our site so your email address is safe.top Why was my photo not approved? If your photo wasn't approved it was for one of the reasons shown here. Observe the previous guidelines and make sure that any photos uploaded here on are in observance of those guidelines and you'll be fine.top What is the photo review process and how long will it take? The photo review process allows us to make sure that our members are uploading quality photos to our site and will generally take a few hours, in some cases it can take up to twelve hours.top
